How to return a Toyota Corolla 09 when i'm still paying for it?

I am going back to my country next month. But i have been using this Corolla since last year and still paying for it. I think the best way is to return it to Toyota but what do you think guys? Please give me some advices.. Thanks. How to return a Toyota Corolla 09 when i'm still paying for it?Well, if you "give it back" it will hurt your credit for 7 years and they could come after you for the deficiency balance.

Im not sure if credit reports are global or not.

Bottom line is if you give it back and owe more than its worth, you wont likely buy a car in the US and maybe anywhere at a decent interest rate for probably 5+ years.

Call your finance company, sorry to see you leave, God bless! How to return a Toyota Corolla 09 when i'm still paying for it?That's not happening.

You sell it and hope the buyer buys it for what you owe or you are paying the rest of the loan off. I'm also quite sure your contract does not say that leaving the country clears you of obligation to pay the loan off, either.

Remember, you didn't borrow a car from Toyota Financial Services, you borrowed money to pay for a car.How to return a Toyota Corolla 09 when i'm still paying for it?
You question is missing important information. It is hard to advise you without knowing more. As a general rule, you can never just return a car to a dealer. How to return a Toyota Corolla 09 when i'm still paying for it?Not the most honest way to do it but have it stolen , make it disappear and file a claim with your insuranceHow to return a Toyota Corolla 09 when i'm still paying for it?
try selling it to someone for however much you owe on it. If you don't plan on coming back you could just give it back to them, im not sure if it affects your credit in a different country.
Try to sell it for what you owe on it to break even. Post it all over online and in the newspaper. Maybe knock off a few grand and take a hit in the pocket so it will look more attractive and someone may buy it quickly. Try putting in ads in Yahoo, cars.com, autotrader, automotive, craigslist, ebay etc. If you get a buyer, you may be able to get the process rolling with the title before you leave and just complete it through the mail when your gone. You may want to sit down with a Toyota member or your finance institution and discuss your options.
