Can I put a Toyota Tercel clock spring into a Toyota Echo?

My Toyota Echo 2000 car's clock spring no longer works. I have been shopping around for one but can't seem to find anyone who is willing to sell it separate from the air bag set. I've seen the tercel 98 clock spring and it looks just about the same, so I was wondering if anyone knew if I could use that instead?Can I put a Toyota Tercel clock spring into a Toyota Echo?Of course initially, you should pick yourself
