Are toyota's assembled in North America less reliable than those made in Japan?

I just purchased a 1994 toyota pickup with very few miles. It was assembled in North America, not Japan; does this mean that it is going to be any less reliable than it's Japanese counterparts? Are toyota's assembled in North America less reliable than those made in Japan?I have bought 6 or 7 Toyotas, both cars and trucks and I can honestly say that the one car(94 camry) was the best car I ever owned. It was the only one that was made in Japan. The fit and finish was superior and I wish I had fought for it in the divorce so I could be driving it now. I now have a 2006 camry.

Made in America and it shows, yet it's still superior to the other vehicles in it's price range. Are toyota's assembled in North America less reliable than those made in Japan?
No. Its a safe bet no matter where it's made it will be unreliable. Are toyota's assembled in North America less reliable than those made in Japan?probably not. Mississippi is getting a brand new Toyota plant and everyday there is something in the paper about the japanese and the work ethic and how the Japanese way will be done at this plant. Same thing at the Nissan plant that is fully funning in Canton, MsAre toyota's assembled in North America less reliable than those made in Japan?
i have worked at a toyota plant in indiana that had very good standards what country do you live in and where is the faith, this question is a little offensive. Are toyota's assembled in North America less reliable than those made in Japan?i would say some they r right..but japanese quality theyr goal highest reliable quality job when it comes in making parts and so tested by quality control..its stilll big differrence the parts made in japan and made it any country..i just compare it once. Are toyota's assembled in North America less reliable than those made in Japan?
