I need new tires for my Toyota Camry 99 or 00. What are good quality tires for rain at a good price?

I have a 1999 or 2000 Toyota Camry, I believe it to be a 1999 model in all honesty. Anyways, I need new tires but want tires that handle well in the rain and have good value. However, I have now used two sets of a different tire that has excellent value. This is the Yokohama AVID TRZ Tire. For a lot less money, they have very good ratings for wear, noise, and traction.
