Is the engine of Hyundai Accent in a same level / quality as Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla ?

Is the engine of Hyundai Accent in a same level / quality as Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla ?

What makes Hyundai cars to loose it values?



Thank you for your responds.Is the engine of Hyundai Accent in a same level / quality as Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla ?Its pretty close to the same quality as the Honda/Toyota, though the Accent doesn't compete with the Civic/Corolla, Hyundai's Elantra does. The Elantra is rated higher then those 2. The reason Hyundai's lose value faster then Honda/Toyota is based on previous history and reputation. Hyundai's were subpar quality until the mid-90's and only average quality until about 2001, they've since moved into the top 10 out of the 36 brands sold in America. The value of the Accent like all small cars has gone up in the last year with the rise in gas prices. As you've found out, that same 2005 Accent cost about the same as a 2002 Civic that has many more miles on it. Take advantage of this value while you can as Hyundai values continue to rise each year.
