How satisfied are you with your Toyota? Have you ever experienced unintended acceleration or poor quality?

Tell me your real-life experience with Toyota and what grade would you give it (A being excellent to F being failure)How satisfied are you with your Toyota? Have you ever experienced unintended acceleration or poor quality?A+. Excellent quality. Toyota's keep on going and you can clock more miles on them than their American counterparts. How satisfied are you with your Toyota? Have you ever experienced unintended acceleration or poor quality?
Ok here is a real life experience, enjoy: dead http://ctpatriot1970.wordpress.com/2010/鈥?/a>

And to Paul, That is less than HALF the mileage as the GM car I just sold with over 345,000 with NO engine OR transmission repairs done on it.

My 1995 Olds has 190,000 and STILL has not seen the inside of a shop.

Both you and Toyota fail again as usual...........How satisfied are you with your Toyota? Have you ever experienced unintended acceleration or poor quality?toyota fails. lol, their owners are bragging about new cars only three years of age, and others bragging about 100k. lmao. the grass is greener on the other side. buy american.

@solon. american cars have longer life expectancy rates. fact.

@2pleze. you are lieing. toyota had a program to find their high milage cars. highest millage ones they found were 2 with over 600k, but they had a few rebuilds each. toyota cancelled the program as most only had just over a 100k. send me the link to 1 million mile toyota and i will take your word for what you have said. must be an article, not some forum talking about a myth. american cars hold the most million mile records. without engine rebuilds or replacements.

@ the rabbit. you have never owned one, but they are your favourite. you arent speaking from experience. in that short time you drove it though you say you needed repairs. lol
I had an 05 Scion tC TRD SC and I would give it and F. If there is a lower grade it would get that.

It had no gas pedal sticking problems. Just the lag from their crappy electronics.

Aside from that it was on its 3rd radiator and 3rd supercharger (everybody I knew that had a supercharged one had the same issues) when I sold it with 73k miles. It would pop out of 5th gear. It rattled everywhere. The seats stain white if you get water on them. Many of them had problems with the carpet and floor mats completely wearing through (I didn't). Considering the small 2.4L engine the mileage was terrible at about 25 mpg and it wasn't that fast.

I traded it for an 08 Chevy Cobalt SS which cost about the same as the tC. Its much faster than the tC. It handles much better. Gets about 29 mpg. And with 33k miles on it I haven't had to do anything other than oil changes and rear brake pads (warranty). It also rattles less.

12 - You must be stupid to think a 4 cylinder (or even a V6) Camry has the same performance as a Mustang GT.How satisfied are you with your Toyota? Have you ever experienced unintended acceleration or poor quality?I tried to simulate this in my V6 4 Runner auto on a quiet road

Foot to the boards accelerated to 70mph and then braked with accelerator held down

The car just slowed as you would expect and pulled over - the brakes were far more powerfull than the engine which just continued to pull against the brakes at about 2000rpm which is what should happen.

Try it with your car, I cannot understand the runaway car stories, in addition I could have switched off or shifted into neutral but the brake is everyones first instinct. How satisfied are you with your Toyota? Have you ever experienced unintended acceleration or poor quality?
Since even obama said it was all hype to sellGM and Toyota has lowest recall by far @ 14% with Honda @ 24% and ford 56%. Recalls are mailed to customer , not on TV. This is why you do not hear like Ford Trucks had recall caused by brake wire catching seat on fire. On news it showed wires melting together and trucks tarting and going a few feet

in 16 years @ toyota , No major problems EVER arose. I nevr had a lemon law car. I sold 2 t100's (1996) that have over 750,000 miles now on same engine. Camry 4 cylinder has as good as performance as Mutsang GT but 28MPG and no noise besides all comforts. Yes for all you ignorant people who still think HP makes car fast learn a lesson that engineering makes a car not Torwque or HP which gives top end and ability to stay at certain speeds.
I am satisfied with toyota TROLL. I trust toyota, although I've never owned one, did drive one.

I gave it A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

They're reliable and easy to maintain...unlike american cars

ford is horrible, chevy falls apart and dodge doesn't start, chrysler blows

OK TROLL, does this make you happy....how much will you rant about toyota when you know its over. How satisfied are you with your Toyota? Have you ever experienced unintended acceleration or poor quality?
We have two (a pair of 2002 Prius). Both have been by far the most reliable cars we have ever had in nearly 40 years. Neither has needed a repair - not even brakes - although mine is over 130K miles and my wife's is near 110K miles. My only complaint is both have had slight rattles from under the dash since new. Grade A for sure for both cars.
honestly, toyotas are very good. but in the past few years they got stingy with there money, so quality went down. i personally would give them a B.

and i dont drive a toyota or any other import. im all about American Muscle
'02 Tundra 120,000 miles. went into the shop this year for the first time for trans repairs . still has original rear brakes.(A+)

'01 Camry 115,000 miles, battery and wheel bearing went out this year. FIRST time in shop. (A+)
I have a 2001 Tacoma TRD and have not had the first trouble with it. It has more power now than it did new and I love it. A+
I have a 2007 Toyota Yaris and I've never had any problems with it at all. It's great, I love it, and I'd give it a "A."
A+!!!

My Toyota is always accelerating, if you cant keep up GTFO!
