What engine coolant do I put in my Toyota Celica?

So my toyota Celica 2003 had some pink fluid in the engine coolant and I dont know what it was... Could I put any kind of engine coolant in there? Such as anti freeze and stuff? Or does it have to be this pink liquid thing that was in there? Thanks for all the answers guys. What engine coolant do I put in my Toyota Celica? The pink stuff from Toyota has a "low sulfate" content in it. This is to prevent corrosion and cavitation in the water jackets. I would suggest that you continue to use the "pink stuff" from Toyota. It will result in longer engine life and less hastles in the long run.

Do not mix it with the "green stuff". They are not compatible.

If you decide you want to put the green stuff in your Toyota, make sure you flush the system completely. Like I said... you would be better off with the Pink stuff... It was designed to have that in it and it will make any part that is contacted by coolant last longer. Ask the guys at the Toyota Parts counter to show you what happens to a water pump with the green stuff in it. They will have a pamphlet on it...

Good luckWhat engine coolant do I put in my Toyota Celica?190555What engine coolant do I put in my Toyota Celica?put the pink toyota stuff in there FTW.
