How come the bass on the rear right-hand speaker of my 2009 Toyota Corolla S sounds like static?

I have had my 2009 Toyota Corolla S since February 2009 and it was packaged with a JBL sound system. I am not sure if it has been doing this since I got it, but I just noticed it making that sound just recently. Is there anything I can do with the dealer to get this problem fixed or do I have to have it checked out elsewhere?How come the bass on the rear right-hand speaker of my 2009 Toyota Corolla S sounds like static?might of blown the speaker.. try to pop the over off see if its cracked
