I am interested in purchasing a Toyota Sequoia and I was just wondering if anyone might own one and could tell me what the fuel mileage actually averages.......u know from personal experience!!!What kind of fuel mileage does a toyota sequoia average?My girlfriend's dad has a Toyota Sequoia, 2005 year i believe, he gets about 14mpg average on it with mixed city and highway driving. Very nice SUV though, no problems, has a decent mileage on it (over 75,000 now i think) and no problems with the engine or transmission. Very comfortable to drive in on long trips. It costs about $115 to fill up the tank right now and gives you around 350 miles, but if you can afford the gas, go for it!What kind of fuel mileage does a toyota sequoia average?will vary,depending on engine choice (4.7 or the 5.7) and how it is driven--a lot of variables- MSN auto rated it at 17mpg which is not bad for a large SUV. yo can also do a google search ad find blogs on this-so do your research--seems most of the complaints are aesthetic things like they don't like the cup holder or the mirrors are too big--i say DUH!, (they didn't grow after the truck was bought)
