What is the problem with a Toyota Hilux Vigo vibrating at low revs?

I drive a Toyota Hilux Vigo single cab. Recently serviced but goes to signal abnormal fuel system and vibrates a lot when idling even at high revs the engine is not smooth. Tank cleaning was also done. What is the problem with a Toyota Hilux Vigo vibrating at low revs?You should have your fuel injectors checked, it may be that one or more is not injecting fuel properly. It also could be a fuel pump or fuel filter issue.What is the problem with a Toyota Hilux Vigo vibrating at low revs?I had the system checked and two injectors are not injecting fuel properly. The garage is recommending replacement of the whole fuel system.

What is the problem with a Toyota Hilux Vigo vibrating at low revs?some of toyota pick up engines had a balance shaft in them,this was run off of timing chain. if not aligned right it will cause alot of vibration.check a toyota manual to see if your engine has this
