I am thinking of buying a 1994 Toyota Celica for 1500 dollars, its has 125k miles on it, but the front and rear bumper need to be replaced (couple hundred dollars each) and a leaky roof, how much would it take to fix the roof? Is it the window that is leaking or is it the rust around the window frame...
