Can the argument be made that Toyota is now the 2nd most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR?

It seems like it has been either Chevy or Toyota, and maybe the occisional Dodge of the Blue Deuce. Has Toyota now risen to 2nd best? Can the argument be made that Toyota is now the 2nd most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR?yes it has, but they wouldn`t be there if they weren`t good enough. Can the argument be made that Toyota is now the 2nd most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR?

Can the argument be made that Toyota is now the 2nd most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR?Yes. You can consider the American built Toyota racing cars as a dominant manufacturer in NASCAR. As far as the Blue Deuce goes, that car is representing Dodge better than you think. The Blue Deuce is one of 3 or 4 MoPars that get to compete in the Cup Series. The #2 car has the odds stacked against it at about

a 10-1 ratio and even higher. Between the Nationwide Series and the Cup Series, Dodge would make most MoPar enthusiasts get a little laugh out of that statement and let you keep thinking Toyota is great in NASCAR. But on the same note a MoPar enthusiast or even one of The Dodge Boys would never give a second thought to stepping into a Toyota. There are a lot of people who race Toyotas, but they only race them because of financial reasons. It just makes it all that much more sweeter when a MoPar beats those outrageous odds, against the Chevys Fords and Toyotas. It sure looks like Toyota is the most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR,they would need to win a Cup Series championship to convince most people. But watch the fans when a MoPar wins. They never compromise and always stick it to the competition. Since the '60's MoPar people who have been dedicated to that manufacturer have always been the ones to look out for, on the streets, at the drag strip, and in NASCAR. Guys like Richard Petty and Sox %26amp; Martin were unbeatable in a MoPar. While people might be watching Toyota they are going to be constantly nagged by the competition.
No.

Joe Gibbs got Toyota there. He took information he gained from the Chevy teams and became a traitor to the "American" car manufacturers and defected to Toyota [a Japanese manufacturer]. Then Brian France let them have an advantage over the last few years. If Toyota would have been held to the same guidelines as Chevy, Dodge, and Ford, then they would be the lowest winning manufacturer. Can the argument be made that Toyota is now the 2nd most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR?Yes it is 2nd. Chevy and Toyota win the most. Dodge has only Penske, and Ford is winless this year. Toyota has been good since 2008 when Gibbs switched to Toyota. It has been 2nd best to Chevrolet in Cup since 2008 and is easily the best in Nationwide. Can the argument be made that Toyota is now the 2nd most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR?
yes for now, only for one reason they have the cash. dodge, ford do have it they are just not giving it like they used to they need to fix them selves first.
Defiantly, Dodge is all but dead in nascar, and ford is not having a good year at all (whether its the manufacturer or the drivers them selves i don't know)Can the argument be made that Toyota is now the 2nd most dominant manufacturer in NASCAR?
Anything can be argued..

That only proves different people have different opinions..

Facts however, can't be argued at all (that doesn't stop some people.. lol)
most dominant in nationwide is toyota.
In Sprint Cup they are probably 2nd. In Nationwide, they are #1.
Dodge because of the lack of other teams who are not Dodge factored in to some bs math scheme would make them #2 in my opinion.

GO FORD and yes I know they are last :D
yes...unfortunately.
Yes.
