2010 Toyota Camry SE factory alarm light is blinking quickly three times in a row. What is the issue?

It never did this before and I can't find any information about this. There was one failed start, then it started up just fine, but then the lights issue came up. I have around 50,750 miles on it and I just replaced the Air Filter and performed an oil change at 50k. What is the issue?I called the Toyota Dealership, and they said it reset itself to "Valet Mode". In order to remedy it, just put the key into the ignition and switch to the "ON" position three times without fully starting the car. Honking and blinking are now gone and the alarm is back to normal.
