Why is Jack Roush letting Brian Ickler drive the KBM Toyota at the same time as his Nationwide #6?

If there's anything I know about Roush, it's that he hates Toyota. There are just far too many examples to even post here. And now, for the first time I can recall, he's letting one of his drivers drive a Toyota at the same time as his Ford... I just found it odd. Any idea why Roush is letting it happen now?Why is Jack Roush letting Brian Ickler drive the KBM Toyota at the same time as his Nationwide #6?It's the other way around. KYLE BUSCH is letting Ickler drive in the Roush 6. Ickler has been driving a Toyota in the Truck Series for a while now (The Toyotas are the premier manufacturer in the Truck and Nationwide Series). Why is Jack Roush letting Brian Ickler drive the KBM Toyota at the same time as his Nationwide #6?Like TJ S said. Ickler drives for Kyle and KB is letting Ickler drive for Roush. He mentioned in an interview a month-ish back that he wanted to thank Kyle for letting him get different experience. Why is Jack Roush letting Brian Ickler drive the KBM Toyota at the same time as his Nationwide #6?I think its because tho he might own teams and cars he doesn't own people. Why is Jack Roush letting Brian Ickler drive the KBM Toyota at the same time as his Nationwide #6?
Maybe to get more experience.

@TJ S that's right I kept trying to remember when he drove in the 6 car......now it makes sense.
