Recommended oil for a hard working 84 Toyota pickup?

I have an 84 Toyota pickup w/ original 22r motor. It has 165,000 miles on it and has been lifted and larger tires put on. Obviously the motor is working harder with the bigger tires. What oil weight is recommended for a better running motor?Recommended oil for a hard working 84 Toyota pickup?do not use synthetic, such an old engine will spring leaks and suffer from oil starvation. use natural oil in the thinest weigth that will not cause excessive oil consumption.Recommended oil for a hard working 84 Toyota pickup? The Best Oil Is Valvoline Synthetic (Stay away from oil additives) and for Fuel is Barrymans-B12. Every 3,000 miles run a tank of Supreme fuel with 1-2 cans of Barrymans-B12, but be sure to where gloves but it will completely clean your fuel systemRecommended oil for a hard working 84 Toyota pickup?you defiantly need to use a synthetic oil, as far as oil weight goes 5w-30 or 10w-30, 5w-30 for cold weather 10w-30 for summer, the best thing to do is to make sure you newer oil in it and it will get well over 200,000 ;)
