I want to know which is the best octane to use in a V6 Toyota Camry from 1992-2006?

For a Toyota Camry V6 from 1992-2006 or a Toyota Avalon from 1995-2006,the owner's manual states that you can use the regular 87 octane, but it also states that the premium fuel(91 or higher) is recommended for optimum performance.Which octane would work better in the long run %26amp; last longer without having a mechanical problem?I want to know which is the best octane to use in a V6 Toyota Camry from 1992-2006?Regular or Premium if the auto runs on regular and does not run ruff (like pinging or shacking real bad) I would use that fuel. The price today for fuel is over the hill.I agree with the higher octane for better running, but I feel how you maintain the car is going to warrants problems and driving habitsI want to know which is the best octane to use in a V6 Toyota Camry from 1992-2006?Have you tried them both ? 91 will probably make your engine run a little smoother , if it knocks %26amp; pings on the lower octane than run the higher one... Are you trying to go for economy or performance here, I guess thats the question ..I want to know which is the best octane to use in a V6 Toyota Camry from 1992-2006?I would just use 87 for daily driving but for traveling or long driving id use a higher octane.Lower octane for lower compression vehicles and higher octane for higher compression vehicles, octane does not increase horsepower it only prevents pre-ignitonI want to know which is the best octane to use in a V6 Toyota Camry from 1992-2006?
Use 87 octane, any other type of gas is a waste of your

money.
